City of London Police have been invited to carry out an independent review of Gloucestershire Police's investigation into the Cotswold Water Park fraud, following criticism that Gloucesershire Police failed to pursue accusations of fraud by Dennis Grant, former Cotswold Water Park Society chief executive.
