Chairman tells Parish Panel that CWP Trust must be more open

Sir David John, Chairman of the Cotwold Water Park Trust, addressing the meeting on 12 July to select parish representatives, said the Trust must earn back the trust of local residents.  Following the recent revelation about regular payments having been made by Watermark to Dennis Grant at the time the Master Plan was being prepared, concerns were voiced about the credibility of the Master Plan.  In response, CDC Cllr Nick Parsons suggested that such concerns could be taken into account when taking the Master Plan forward.
